At what point does this go from an anomaly to a concerning epidemic of fan behavior? After Olivia Rodrigo turned us on to fans who wear diapers in order to save spots in the front row of her concerts, there have now been not one, but two instances over the last few days of individuals physically relieving themselves at concerts. In addition to the front-row turd discovered at Noah Kahan’s show in Philly, a video has made waves on TikTok documenting a similar incident that occurred at a 5 Seconds to Summer show in Fort Worth, Texas. As I can’t imagine there’s much of an overlapping fanbase between the rootsy noir of Kahan and the radio-pop of 5S0S, not to mention Philly and Ft. Worth are about 1,500 miles apart, we’re probably look at two different culprits here.
Speaking of Kahan, during his show in Toronto on Sunday night, he made the audience vow not to shit their pants.
