Little Steven, aka Steven Van Zandt, said of the new show, “The greatest radio station in the Universe just got better! It is an honor to have Alice Cooper finally arrive where he’s always belonged! The Underground Garage is all about the coolest music and DJs telling first person stories. I just finished his new book Devil on My Shoulder and believe me, nobody has better stories than Alice. And some of them are even true! Welcome to the Family!”

Meanwhile, Cooper said, “Longtime listener, first time DJ! Little Steven’s Underground Garage has been locked into my presets for years, and I look forward to being a part of the gang in the garage. Stay tuned as I will be telling tales, tall and not so tall, and sharing some of the best music ever recorded.”

The debut episode will air Saturday, October 10th, at 9 p.m. ET with an encore to be aired on Sunday, October 11th, at 9 p.m. EST.

Alice Cooper has a fall North American tour kicking off later this month, as well as a series of shows in late November and early December with Criss Angel as part of their continuing “Welcome to Our Nightmare” show in Las Vegas. Get tickets here.

This past Sunday, Alice Cooper played a halftime show at the Las Vegas Raiders home game versus the Kansas City Chiefs. The shock rocker, alongside longtime guitarist Nita Strauss, played a three-song set comprised of “No More Mr. Nice Guy,” “I’m Eighteen,” and “School’s Out.”
