Ariana Grande has announced her eighth studio album, petal, ahead of her upcoming “The Eternal Sunshine Tour.” The project is set for release on July 31st via Republic Records.
Grande executive-produced and co-wrote petal with longtime collaborator ILYA. In a statement, she described the album as “something that is full of life and growing through the cracks of something cold and hard and challenging.”

petal follows Grande’s 2024 album, eternal sunshine, and its deluxe edition, eternal sunshine: brighter days ahead.
Outside of music, Grande’s latest big-screen role is in the Meet the Parents sequel Focker In-Law, premiering in theaters on November 25th.
“The Eternal Sunshine Tour,” which Grande recently described as her “one last hurrah,” kicks off on June 6th with a three-night run in Oakland. Marking her first major trek in over six years, it will also feature extended residencies in cities including Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Chicago, and Montreal.
