On September 7th, Alamo Drafthouse is hosting a special one-night-only screening of the Breaking Bad Season 4 finale, “Face Off.” Otherwise known as “the episode where Gus Fring gets [SPOILERS],” the episode represents a major turning point for the Emmy-winning series, with tour-de-force performances from Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, and Giancarlo Esposito.
Sept. 7th is Walter White’s birthday, making it an occasion Breaking Bad fans celebrate each year. And this year, according to the official release, Alamo is going all out:
More than just a screening, the Breaking Bad Day Fan Event transforms the show into a communal experience. A live host dressed in a yellow hazmat suit will guide audiences through the evening, encouraging fans to ring their own Hector Salamanca bell whenever the cartel patriarch does on screen. Guests will also receive themed keepsakes inspired by the series, including a Heisenberg hat, blue rock candy, call bell, and a Gus Fring half-face mask and can participate in a costume contest to win a special prize.
