Catherine O’Hara died following a private battle with cancer, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office has revealed.
A certificate of death released Monday, February 9th (via TMZ) listed a pulmonary embolism (blood clot in the lungs) as O’Hara’s immediate cause of death, with rectal cancer as the underlying cause.
