Charli XCX has weighed in on her top five favorite songs in her discography.
Speaking to Scott Lipps on his Lipps Service podcast, Charli ranks the top five tracks in her catalogue. She starts with True Romance’s “Stay Away,” as it’s one of the first “official” songs Charli ever released; she continues with “Next Level Charli” from her 2019 self-titled album, describing it as “really euphoric”; next is the “365” remix featuring Shygirl from Brat’s companion album because “it’s the ultimate party song but it’s actually kind of sad”; then it’s the fan-favorite “Track 10,” which Charli still closes nearly every show with; finally, it’s “Vroom Vroom,” which Charli names as “the first song she made with Sophie.” Watch the full ranking below, with the roundup starting around the 51:20 mark.
Charli XCX will release Music, Fashion, Film, her new album, on Friday, July 24th. So far, she’s released “Rock Music,” “SS26,” “Wink Wink,” and this week’s “Camera.”
