Failure Announce Fall Tour, Unveil Single “The Rising Skyline” Featuring Hayley Williams: Stream

Failure have unveiled the new song “The Rising Skyline” featuring Paramore singer Hayley Williams, who has long-expressed her admiration for the veteran Los Angeles alt-rock trio. The band has also announced a Fall 2026 US tour.

The song is the latest single from Failure’s new album, Location Lost, which arrives this Friday, April 24th. It also comes just as Failure launch their previously announced spring North American tour, which kicks off with a record release show tonight, April 21st, in Los Angeles, and wraps up May 20th in Toronto.

The newly announced fall tour begins September 30th in San Francisco, and runs through an October 30th show in Los Angeles, hitting Seattle, Brooklyn, Indianapolis, Denver, Dallas, and other cities along the way. Tickets for those shows go on sale Friday, April 24th, at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster, with pre-sales beginning as early as Wednesday, April 22nd.

“The Rising Skyline” is a mostly acoustic breakup song that finds Failure singer-guitarist Ken Andrews duetting with Williams, who provides delicate lead vocals on the second verse before the song ends with the pair singing together over a single heavy chorus.

“Failure doesn’t do a lot of collaborations, but my friendship with Hayley, and her long standing support of the band, turned this song into a very satisfying duet,” stated Andrews. “It’s probably the most delicate song we’ve ever done and her vocal approach really brought that out.”
