Jon Stewart and Pete Davidson will mark the 25th anniversary of September 11th by hosting a one-night-only comedy benefit show at Madison Square Garden.
Taking place on Thursday, September 10th, NYC Still Rising promises performances from Stewart, Davidson, Dave Chappelle, Bill Burr, Aziz Ansari, Nikki Glaser, Ronny Chieng, Josh Johnson, and other special guests. “We look forward to once again celebrating this great city’s tenacity, resilience, and championship heart – and we don’t only mean our NY Knicks!” Stewart and Davidson said in a statement announcing the event.
A ticket pre-sale will begin Wednesday, July 29th at 10:00 a.m. local time, with a public on-sale following on Friday, July 31st at the same time time via Ticketmaster. All proceeds will benefit 9/11 charities. The event will be a phone-free experience.
