Lily Allen has called on fellow British pop star JADE for a remix of her West End Girl track “Beg for Me.” Listen below.
Transitioning the song’s industrial pulse into a more synth-driven dance number with a buzzsaw bridge, JADE also drops in for her own verse. Supporting Allen through her split with you-know-who, JADE sings, “If we’re being honest it’s better to find out than to find out in a few years/ ‘Cause we only try, men need their toys/ But no buttplug’s gonna fill the void.”
The “Beg for Me” remix comes ahead of Allen’s appearance at London’s Mighty Hoopla this weekend, kicking off a UK tour and summer of EU festivals. She’ll return to North America to bring her “Lily Allen Performs West End Girl” tour to arenas in September, and you can get tickets here.
