Clive Burr played with Iron Maiden from 1979 till 1982, appearing on the metal band’s first three albums: Iron MaidenKillers and The Number of the Beast.

Burr was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in the late 1990s, passing away due to complications from the disease in 2013.

Rain confirmed her relation to Clive Burr in a 2023 episode of Wrestling with Johners podcast, appearing under her then-ring name Rayne Leverkusen. She revealed that her ring persona of the Maiden of Metal is a deliberate connection to her famous uncle. In the same interview she also confirms that she never was able to get close to her uncle, citing the progression of his MS by the time she got to know him.
