Lzzy Hale of Halestorm has teamed up with Epiphone to release a signature Explorer Classic in holographic sparkle.
The guitar, which retails for $999, features a SlimTaper ’60s C profile neck and 22 jumbo frets on an ebony fretboard with pearloid block inlays. The headstock features a Graph Tech nut and Grover Mini Rotomatic tuners as well as a black two-ply truss rod cover engraved with Lzzy Hale’s signature.
The instrument also features twin ProBucker Ignite pickups with independent volume controls and a shared tone and speed control as well as a three-way pickup switch. Additionally, it boasts a LockTune Tune-O-Matic bridge and a LockTone Stop Bar tail piece for increased tuning stability.
The Epiphone Explorer Classic in holographic sparkle is available now via Epiphone and Reverb.
The guitar will be featured on Halestorm’s upcoming North American tour with BABYMETAL (get tickets here), and those who purchase a top-tier VIP pass to a show will walk away with an Epiphone Explorer Classic that Hale plays that night.
