My Chemical Romance have released their cover of Pulp’s “Common People” for the first time on digital platforms. The track was recorded live in 2010 for BBC Radio 1.

The song comes as the latest preview of Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys deluxe edition, arriving July 10th.

The Britpop classic fits perfectly in MCR’s hands, showcasing the same flair for the theatrical on which they built a name for themselves. It is the second preview from the upcoming deluxe edition, following the live performance of “Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na),” also recorded for BBC Radio 1.

My Chemical Romance are about to embark on a European run of their Black Parade 2026 tour (tickets available here) before a US run from August to October (tickets here), including an appearance at Louder Than Life and a five-show residency at the Hollywood Bowl. They will close out the year with a tour of Southeast Asia in November (tickets here).
