Oasis have revealed the first teaser trailer for Don’t Look Back in Anger, the upcoming Steven Knight documentary chronicling the band’s 2025 reunion tour. The film is set to hit theaters and IMAX this September before arriving on Hulu and Disney+ later this year.
The documentary is billed as “an unapologetically uplifting account of the biggest musical event of 2025, capturing the experience and emotions of the band and their fans across the world.” It features rehearsal and backstage footage of Noel and Liam Gallagher as they reconcile and reunite for their first tour in 16 years, along with the brothers’ first joint interview in more than 20 years.
The teaser leans into the Gallaghers’ famously bitter feud. “I just don’t see myself on stage with Liam,” Noel remarks, while Liam reflects, “The way it finished, unacceptable.” Of course, Oasis’ 2025 reunion tour went on to become a massive success, and the brothers have not ruled out additional dates.
“The Oasis world tour united generations, cultures and countries and spoke to a broken world about reconciliation,” says McKnight in a statement. “Don’t Look Back In Anger is not only your ticket to the show – it’s a backstage pass and a seat at the table when Liam and Noel sit down together for the first time in 15 years and tell it how it is and how it was.”
Don’t Look Back in Anger was created by McKnight (Peaky Blinders) and directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace (Shut Up and Play the Hits, Meet Me in the Bathroom).
