German technical death metal masters Obscura have announced a Spring 2026 US tour.
Dates kick off March 13th at the Whisky-A-Go-Go in Los Angeles and run through April 3rd in Roseville, California, and will feature support by Allegaeon, Cognitive, and Cryptosis.
General ticket sales start Friday, December 19th, at 10 a.m. PT via local ticket outlets.
Obscura will be out in support of their 2025 album, A Sonication — the second part of an ongoing trilogy, following the first chapter, 2021’s A Valediction. It also marks the second album since the group underwent a major lineup change in 2020 that saw three band members exit simultaneously.
“We look forward to presenting material from the new album alongside a selection of deep cuts that have never been performed live before,” stated the band’s Steffen Kummerer in a press release. “Joining us are Allegaeon and Cognitive from the United States—both leading forces in modern technical and progressive death metal—and Dutch avant-garde thrash unit Cryptosis, completing a powerful and diverse lineup. The ‘Stardust USA 2026’ tour promises an immersive and uncompromising live experience for our North American fans.”
