Phoebe Bridgers is back with her new single, “Lost Boys,” a new track from her upcoming third studio album. Stream it below.

“Lost Boys” marks Bridgers’ first new material since 2022’s “Sidelines,” and features production from Jack Antonoff, Tony Berg, Ethan Gruska, and Bridgers herself, with additional production by Alex G. It arrives with a video directed by Lance Oppenheim and Pablo Rochat, in which Bridgers participates in a LARP (Live Action Role Play) at a Renaissance faire.

The new song arrives shortly after Bridgers revealed Lost Weekend, her first album in six years, will be out August 14th via Dead Oceans. The announcement came after the boygenius member embarked on a series of pop-up shows culminating in a Madison Square Garden gig.

She previewed new material from the project during those phone-free concerts, including songs which our own Ben Kaye described as having a “fuller sound. Even with just the acoustic three-piece, the unreleased tracks had more dynamics — if not similar tempos — than the familiar ones.”

Bridgers will support Lost Weekend with a sold-out 45-date arena tour spanning from September through December, with support from Alex G on North American dates and former Black Country, New Road frontman Isaac Wood in the UK. Read our handy guide to find out how you can still get tickets.

Lost Boys follows Bridgers’ 2020 breakout Punisher, and pre-orders are ongoing. In 2023, Bridgers also released The Record with her boygenius bandmates Lucy Dacus and Julien Baker.
