Stanley Simmons, the duo made up of Evan Stanley and Nick Simmons (the sons of KISSPaul Stanley and Gene Simmons), have released a new song titled “Cellophane.”

It is the fourth single from their upcoming debut album, Dancing While the World is Ending, due out August 28th.

The song is a ’60s style psychedelic pop song, calling to mind artists like Donovan who arose in the wake of the Beatles’ psychedelic turn. The underpinning of folk rock and warm Crosby, Stills & Nash vocal harmonies remain, giving the song a bright and celebratory feel, while the fuzzed out guitar solo and appearance of synthesizers late in the track demonstrate a great capacity for developing drama organically.

The band previously released the singles “Body Down,” “Dancing While the World is Ending,” and “Temporary Love”
