The Warning have officially announced their fifth album, Everything’s Falling, set to arrive August 28th via Lava/Republic Records. In advance of its release, the band has unleashed the single “Ritual.”

The sister trio from Mexico are currently wrapping up a US tour supporting Yungblud (read our review of the recent Radio City Music Hall show), and will embark on a UK/European tour of festivals and headlining shows later this month. In September, they’ll return to the States for the Louder Than Life festival in Louisville, Kentucky.

The single “Ritual” is a haunting song with a big chorus, and is accompanied by a cinematic music video. The band stated of the track, “‘Ritual’ is about the fear of losing something good. Even when life is going well, anxiety can convince you that disaster is right around the corner. It’s about getting trapped in those thoughts and letting them keep you from actually living in the moment.”

Everything’s Falling marks the follow-up to 2024’s Keep Me Fed, and also features the recent singles “Kerosene” and “Ego”

Regarding the album, The Warning noted, “Everything’s Falling is a snapshot of where we are in our lives right now. We’ve grown so much over the past few years, not just as musicians, but as people. This album reflects everything we’ve experienced, the lessons we’ve learned, and the challenges we’ve overcome.”

The band added, “At its core, it’s about accepting that life can be messy and unpredictable. Things fall apart, plans change, and sometimes you lose your footing. But those moments can teach you the most about yourself, and they’re often what make you stronger in the end.”
