Following the implosion of The Great American State Fair, Donald Trump has officially announced a replacement event. In what he’s dubbing the “rally to end all rallies,” Trump will deliver a speech at the National Mall on Wednesday, June 24th.

He’ll be joined by Lee Greenwodd, who will perform “God Bless the U.S.A.,” opera tenor Christopher Macchio, and the U.S. Army Band, the Armed Forces Choir, the Unites States Marine Band, and the Joint Armed Forces Chorus.

“We don’t want singers with no talent, but big fees to put you to sleep, we’ve told them all to stay home. All we want is you, me, a few speakers, and the Greatest Music ever played, the same Music you have listened to for years!” Trump wrote in a Truth Social post detailing the event.

It’s unclear whether Trump’s rally means the rest of the programming included as part of The Great American State Fair has been also been canceled. Of the acts initially announced to play, only Vanilla Ice has officially confirmed his participation. C+C Music Factory appear to be having an internal dispute over whether they’ll take the stage, while Flo Rida has yet to weigh in.

Morris Day and The Time, Young MC, The Commodores, Martina McBride, Bret Michaels, and Fab Morvan of Milli Vanilli have all said they will no longer participate in the event, despite being announced as part of the initial lineup. In their various statements distancing themselves from the fair, the artists offered similar explanations, suggesting they were unaware of the event’s partisan nature at the time of booking, with Young MC referring to it as a “bait-and-switch.”

For his part, Trump said he had “never heard of” any of the acts book to play the Great American State Fair, adding that, “They’re boring.” It’s worth noting that Michaels previously competed on and won season three of Celebrity Apprentice, while the event was booked by the Trump-backed organization Freedom 250.
