**THIS EVENT HAS MOVED TO THE TD MUSIC HALL AT 5:30 PM**TD Music Hall is located at 178 Victoria Street, Toronto.Ticket holders from the Lyric Theatre event will be contacted regarding this venue change. Any patrons wishing to cancel their order and receive a refund are instructed to request this refund by contacting boxoffice@tolive.com before Monday, October 27 at 9:00am. No action is required by patrons who are able to attend the event at the new venue. Replacement tickets will be issued to all ticket holders for the TD Music Hall performance.

In advance of shows, tickets can be picked up during daytime hours at any TO Live box office (Meridian Arts Centre, Meridian Hall, St. Lawrence Center for the Arts). On show days, tickets will be available for pickup from 2 hours prior to the scheduled curtain time. Please arrive early to avoid congestion and delays, and be prepared to present the actual credit card used for purchase and photo ID.

Limited onsite parking is available for patrons with Accessible Needs, and must be arranged in advanced by calling 416-733-9388 ext. 6900.

There are several Accessible Seating options available depending on your needs. Hearing assistance devices are available through our Patrons Services team on a first-come, first-served basis, and cannot be reserved in advance.

No smoking is permitted in the building.

All patrons including babies-in-arms require a ticket of admission. If a child has not yet celebrated their first birthday, a "babes-in-arms" ticket may be obtained, free of charge, at the box office as of 2 hours prior to the scheduled curtain time. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult , and if children are being noisy and disrupting the performance the child and guardian may be asked to step out into the lobby.
