Opening Hours : The Red Hat Amphitheater box office is located at 500 South McDowell Street (outside Gate 1 and intersection of Cabarrus and McDowell Street). The box office is only open on show days 2-9pm. Please be advised days and times may vary for certain events, such as Wide Open Bluegrass, Band Together, Hopscotch and other events.
