The Raising Canes River Center is a clear bag facility. All bags and purses must be clear and no larger than 12inx12inx6in. Tickets held at Will Call can be picked up as early as 2 hours prior to show at the front box office entrance(River Road - arena events) / (St.Louis St.-Theatre events). The customer must present the actual credit card, picture ID, and the confirmation number.

Parking is available in the garages on the Southwest corner of the arena and theatre (Government and St.Louis Streets). Parking charges is $5.
