Amanda Walsh is a Cleveland Heights-raised singer, songwriter, pianist, and violinist. She graduated from Cincinnati-College Conservatory of Music, majoring in piano performance. Amanda combines Classical, pop, folk and jazz in her songs - her music is both virtuosic and poetic. Influences include Simon and Garfunkel, Debussy, Nina Simone, Chopin, Sufjan Stevens, Vince Guaraldi, Joni Mitchell, and Stevie Wonder.Walsh has released several albums, including Troubadour, Right Side of the Bridge, and her debut solo album, Magic is Real.She plays with guitarist Rick Szekelyi in Bridgetown Junction, and bassist Spencer Dieck and drummer Chris Vandall in The Amanda Walsh trio. April 3rd is the 95th birthday of the late Jane Goodall who passed away in October 2025. This concert is being held in honor of Dr. Goodall, a renowned primatologist and anthropologist, whose research revolutionized our understanding of chimpanzees. Until her death, Dr. Goodall remained active promoting conservation and climate action.
