Join Americas Test Kitchen hosts Julia Collin Davison and Bridget Lancaster for an insiders look into how the Test Kitchen works. This fun-filled, live experience reveals how the team develops recipes, tests products and ingredients. And who does all that grocery shopping and dish washing? Julia and Bridget will share the science behind cooking and what they have learned after more than 25 years on set including techniques and tips, favorite recipes and what they cannot live without in their own kitchens. Event elements include a virtual tour of the test kitchen, taste tests and technique demonstrations, a group science experiment, trivia with prizes, audience Q&A. Limited VIP tickets are available and include a pre-show meet and greet with Julia and Bridget and a signed copy of the book, Baking for Two by Americas Test Kitchen.
