Will Call is available no earlier than 60 minutes prior to the performance at the Will Call table on the 2nd floor on the east side of the Northrop lobby. The customer must present a valid picture ID, the credit card used for purchase, and their order number.
Public parking is located south of University Avenue on Church Street in the Nolte and Church Street Garages and the corner of 17th Avenue and 4th Street at the 4th Street Ramp. Please note that 17th Avenue becomes Church Street south of University Avenue. The 2003-2004 event parking rate is $9.00 (subject to change).
Wheelchair accessible and companion seating is available on the main floor in section 6, and in the balcony in sections 11 & 12. All accessible seats are marked as "Limited View," as it may be difficult to see the stage if patons in front of the accessible areas stand for the show.
No cameras, recording devices, pagers, or smoking. Due to heightened national security: As a precautionary measure, all patrons attending events at Northrop Auditorium may be subject to personal search, including the inspection of coats and handbags. Backpacks, large purses, and similar items will not be allowed into the auditorium. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Everyone needs a ticket, regardless of age. Babysitters may call 612-624-2345 to contact parents in an emergency. Please be sure the sitter has the seat location of your tickets, since the theatre is not equipped with a paging system. The exact seat location is comprised of a section number, row number and seat number.
