Buyer agrees to abide by event regulations and to assume and accept all risks and to hold harmless and indemnify Obsession Productions LLC, Sunshine Music & Art Festivals, Sunshine Hootenanny, Florida Sand Music Ranch, Will McLean Foundation, event organizers, producers, associates, directors, officers, employees, vendors, volunteers, members, and representatives from any and all liability and claims arising out of, associated with or related to buyer's participating in and/ or attending the event, including but not limited to injury, wrongful death, loss or damage.
