Tickets held for collection can be collected from the box office on the day of the event from 3 hours prior to the beginning of the performance. Please take the credit card used to make the booking and your Ticketmaster reference number with you.

The closest pay and display car park is approximately 5 - 10 minutes walk away on the corner of London Road and Hamlet Court Road. An alternative car park is also located in Ceylon Road.

Flat floor access to all ground floor areas. Seats in the Dress and Rear Circles have stair only access. Accessible toilets. Designated areas for wheelchair users and a free seat for carer/helper.
