The best way to ensure that a ticket is legitimate is to purchase your ticket directly from Ticketmaster.com or the Tacoma City Theaters Box Office. In doing so, you know that you are getting authorized tickets for your event.

Tickets held for willcall can be picked up on the day of the performance usually 2 hours prior to showtime. The customer must present a valid form of identification, the actual credit card, and the confirmation number.

Parking lots and street parking available.

No recording devices. No smoking is allowed inside the building.

Children under 5 are usually not allowed except for events such as the family series events.
