To ensure a smooth and enjoyable send off experience for everyone, we kindly ask that fans refrain from requesting selfies on their personal devices with the artist. We encourage ATINY to make the most of the time for send off with fun talks and enjoying the moment with ATEEZ! We appreciate your understanding and support in making this a memorable moment for everyone! Thank you for your cooperation. *Filming the artist with your phone from your place in the send off is permitted (no professional devices). Requests for selfies to be taken by or with the artist will not be accommodated in order to maintain a safe and fair event. All Ticket Perk purchasers will be contacted via e-mail a few days prior to the event date with additional program details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please contact ATEEZVIP@aegpresents.com

Will Call: Can only be picked up on Day of an EVent in the Building. Tickets held for will call may be picked up with proper ID, the Credit Card used to order the tickets and the account number 2 hours prior to the event. Automated will call kiosks are available inside the main entrance for your convenience.

Parking is readily available around the Bridgestone Arena for a fee. Allright Parking, Central Parking, and other various garages are easily accessible and within a short walking distance.

This is an accessible venue.

The Bridgestone Arena is a smoke free facility. The Arena also has a no re-entry policy. Recording devices (audio/visual) are not allowed for events in the building. The use of cameras (still) is determined on an event by event basis.

Children under the age of 2 can sit in parents lap for free for most events. Please call the venue Box Office to confirm for your event you are attending.
