Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
There is a traffic control fee included in the price of your ticket. Guests are permitted to bring in "beach style" chairs (chair must be less than 12 inches from the ground from the bottom of the seat when unfolded) for most amphitheater shows. This is subject to change based on different tour or show requests. Food & beverage is not permitted to be brought into the venue. All events are "Rain or Shine" events. Only in extreme inclement weather are shows cancelled or postponed. We encourage you to check our social media channels and the 313Presents.com news section for updates.

Customers can pick up tickets starting 90 minutes prior to show time on the day of the event.

All bags, purses, and clutches are prohibited. Wallets sized 4" x 6" x 1.5" or smaller) and Diaper Bags/Medical Bags (14" x 14" x 6") allowed. No carry-ins (including food & beverage, coolers, umbrellas). No cameras or recording devices. No Smoking. Binoculars ARE allowed.

Everyone attending a performance must have a ticket. The only exception is an infant that will be held throughout the show. However, if the infant will be in an infant carrier, a ticket must be purchased for the carrier.
