Tickets may be picked up at the will call window with your photo id and the credit card used to purchase tickets. Tickets will be released to the person whose name was provided with the ticket order. If there is a name change please email DHall@hartmanarena.com. Please include the name of the original ticket buyer, address used to purchase tickets, customer number, and the name of the person picking them up. Only the person designated by the original ticket buyer will be able to pick up tickets with a photo ID. Name changes must be done no later then 1 hour prior to the event.

Parking is free for all events at Hartman Arena.
