Will call may be picked up at any window at any time that the box office is open. Customers do not need to wait until the night of the show.

Cost: Event Parking: Before 5PM: $6.00 After 5PM: $7.00 In/Out Pass: $8.00 (In/Out Good Only For Day of Purchase @ Parking Booth) NON-EVENT PARKING (DAILY): $6.00 VIP Parking available for select events - $23.00 Elite VIP Parking: VIP Parking is open for ticket holders only, subject to availability Select Blaisdell Arena events – enter off of Ward Ave., South (Makai) of Box Office Select Concert Hall and Exhibition events – enter off of Ward Ave. between Exhibition Hall and Concert Hall Note: No left turn permitted on Ward Ave. into driveways Hours of Operation – 1 1/2 hours prior to event until end of event time Box Office Parking: Box Office Parking is open for ticket buyers only. Parking for the patrons of the Box Office is free. If Box Office Parking is full, ticket buyers may enter through the King Street Gate. The ticket buyers will be re-funded the parking fee after they validate their ticket at the Box Office. King Street Entrance: This is the main entrance to the Blaisdell Parking Lot. The gate opens at 5:30 a.m., Monday through Saturday. The gate closes at 6:00 p.m. on all evenings with no event scheduled. The gate closes 45 minutes after the last event is completed. On Sundays and Holidays, gate operation is determined by events. Kapiolani Entrance: This entrance is closed when there are no events scheduled. Only cardholders can access this gate when it is unattended. Signs are posted to direct non-card holders to the King Street entrance. This gate will also be open two hours prior to the opening of all major events scheduled in the central areas and will remain open until the completion of the last event. Hours of Operation: Event Days (Mon-Fri) 5:30am - end of night (event night) Event Days (Weekends & Holidays) 2 Hours prior to start of event - end of night Parking Booths close 45 minutes prior to end of last event.

The Neal S Blaisdell Concert Hall allows a maximum of 1 companion for every wheel chair space.
