(973) 757-6000 The Prudential Center Box Office is located inside the arena near the corner of Mulberry Street and Edison Place. Guests can enter from the corner of Mulberry Street and Edison Place, next to the Investors Bank Tower.

Tickets purchased in person at the box office are sent via text message at the windows.

Video and audio equipment, GoPros, selfie sticks, professional cameras (with a lens of 2.5 inches or greater) and recording devices are strictly prohibited.

Children over 24 months of age must have a ticket in order to gain entrance to Prudential Center. Children under two years may enter without a ticket but must sit on their parent or guardian lap. Please check the event ticket policies at the time of purchase as ticket policies vary per event.
