Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. In advance of shows, tickets can be picked up during daytime hours at any TO Live box office (Meridian Arts Centre, Meridian Hall, St. Lawrence Center for the Arts). On show days, tickets will be available for pickup from 2 hours prior to the scheduled curtain time. Please arrive early to avoid congestion and delays, and be prepared to present the actual credit card used for purchase and photo ID.

Limited onsite parking is available for patrons with Accessible Needs, and must be arranged in advanced by calling 416-368-6161 ext. 7135.
There are several Accessible Seating options available depending on your needs. Binoculars and hearing assistance devices are available through our Patrons Services team on a first-come, first-served basis, and cannot be reserved in advance.
No smoking is permitted in the building.
All patrons including babies-in-arms require a ticket of admission. If a child has not yet celebrated their first birthday, a "babes-in-arms" ticket may be obtained, free of charge, at the box office as of 2 hours prior to the scheduled curtain time. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult , and if children are being noisy and disrupting the performance the child and guardian may be asked to step out into the lobby.
