Big Time Rush

Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

Game Day Will Call is available at the Athletic Ticket Office at Thompson-Boling Arena at Food City Center three (3) hours prior to tip off and until end of first half. A photo ID of the ticket purchaser is required.

REGULATIONS • Everyone regardless of age must have a ticket. • All articles, including purses, are subject to search. • Gates open 90 minutes prior to tip off. • No passouts are permitted • Smoking is prohibited in the seating area and concourses. • Tickets not obtained directly from the UT Ticket Office or its authorized agents may not be honored. • No refund or exchange of tickets allowed. PROHIBITED ITEMS • Weapons • Alcoholic beverages • Cans, bottles, coolers • Radios without headsets • Open umbrellas • Video cameras • Stadium seats with arms • Large bags or parcels, including backpacks and large purses • Artificial noisemakers
