The Raising Canes River Center is a clear bag facility. All bags and purses must be clear and no larger than 12inx12inx6in. NOTE OUR NO RE-ENTRY POLICY: Once your ticket has been scanned, you will not be allowed to re-enter if you exit. If you will require any medications during the show, please ensure that you bring them in with you. NOTE OUR CASHLESS POLICY: Our facility is a cashless operation. No cash will be accepted.
The In Real Life Worldwide Tour continues as Big Time Rush?s most expansive tour yet as the group plays criss-crosses the globe performing at the largest venues of their career. The new dates will follow BTR?s upcoming full-scale European leg in November & December, including sold-out shows and multiple nights in select cities. The band will then return to Mexico & South America for the first time since their sold-out run in 2023, to Australia following their sold-out 2024 run, and to Hawaii & the UAE for their first-ever shows in Honolulu & Dubai.

Tickets held at Will Call can be picked up as early as 2 hours prior to show at the front box office entrance(River Road - arena events) / (St.Louis St.-Theatre events). The customer must present the actual credit card, picture ID, and the confirmation number.

Parking is available in the garages on the Southwest corner of the arena and theatre (Government and St.Louis Streets). Parking charges is $5.

The Clear Bag policy strictly limits the size and types of bags that are permitted. Backpacks, purses (other than small clutches), and diaper bags are not permitted. The Raising Cane’s River Center strongly encourages patrons to not bring any bags, however the following will be permitted: Each patron may carry one bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC no larger than 12in x 6in x 12in or a one gallon clear plastic freezer bag. In addition to one of the clear bags noted above, patrons may also carry in a small clutch purse/bag no larger than 4.5in x 6.5in, with or without a handle or strap, subject to search. Each ticket holder, including children, will be able to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse. Diapers and wipes can be carried in approved clear bags. Diaper bags are not permitted. Metal detector screening and a search of all items being carried in will take place at facility entrances. There are no provisions available at the facility to store or safeguard any prohibited bags. Guests will be asked to return prohibited items to their cars. Additional Information Diapers and wipes may be carried in a clear bag, however diaper bags are not permitted. Additional clothing, blankets, etc. are permitted if carried loosely or in an approved clear bag. Blankets should be carried over the shoulder to be screened more quickly. Small cameras, binoculars and cell phones may be carried in loosely or in an approved clear bag if permitted by the event. There are no provisions to check items at the facility entrances. Patrons will be asked to either take prohibited items back to their car, if they have not entered the Arena, or dispose of prohibited items at the facility entrances. The Raising Cane’s River Center is not responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged.

There are no age restrictions. Children under 1 are free unless otherwise noted.
