Billy Strings

To help prevent for-profit resale, the ARTIST has requested tickets to this event be mobile only and restricted from transfer. Only FANS who PLAN TO attend the event themselves should purchase tickets. I understand that TICKETS FOR this event ARE restricted from transfer and cannot be resold. TICKETS SOLD ELSEWHERE WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR ENTRY.
This show is accessible for purchase by ticket request only. Customers who purchased a ticket to Billy Strings December 5th show at Smoothie King Center prior to Monday, April 6 at 11:59pm are eligible for the ticket request to the Billy Strings December 4th show at the Saenger Theatre. Eligible fans will receive an email with instructions on how to request tickets. All tickets are mobile delivery only. Delayed delivery, no tickets will be delivered prior to 2 days before the event. All sales are final. No transfers, no refunds. There is a strict (2) ticket limit. Additional orders exceeding the ticket limit may be cancelled without notice. This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number, and/or other information.

Will Call is located at the theatre box office on Canal Street. Tickets held at Will Call can be picked up as early as two and a half hours prior to the event. The customer must present the actual credit card, photo I.D., and the confirmation number.

1.) No video or audio recorders are allowed in the theatre. 2.) No cameras are allowed. 3.) No smoking is allowed in the theatre. Designated smoking areas at Basin and Rampart Street entrances. 4.) Firearms are prohibited in the theatre.

There are no age restrictions. All children need a ticket.
