Will Call can be picked up begining 1 hour prior to event. Box office is located at the front of the club. Must have confirmation number, a valid picture ID, and the actual credit card the tickets were puchased with. If a parent purchases tickets for their children, please send a letter giving permission to pick up tickets along with the confirmation number and a copy of the cardholders drivers license. Prefer to have ID with the child also.
There is plenty of free parking on the streets surrounding The Uptown, along with a lot on the north side of the building.
Accessible seating is available.
