Standing: Over 14s only. Seated: Over 8s only. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18. Under 25s require ID to purchase alcohol. A max of 6 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled. VIP buyers will receive an email approximately three days prior to the show date with VIP details, sent to the address submitted at time of purchase. Security - Bag Policy: Large bags including rucksacks are not allowed. There are no facilities to leave large bags or luggage. If you really have to bring a bag - and it's preferable you don't, please make sure it's small. Only one small bag per person is permitted and it must not be bigger than A4 size. We do not have our own parking facilities, but there are options with parking vouchers as well as being free in some streets after 6pm or 8pm. There is also a 159 space car park at Bridge Street subway station, around 300 metres away on Eglinton Street. We have a drop off point at the entrance of our venue.

O2 Academy Glasgow has a viewing area in the auditorium accessible via a ramp for wheelchair users or anyone who requires assistance. We can accommodate five wheelchairs and stools. Bench seating is available either side of the viewing area, please do contact us in advance of coming to a show should you require a reservation.

No cameras, video cameras or audio recording. No food, bottles, cans or alcohol to be brought onto the premises. No smoking. Security measures are in place so there will be bag checks on arrival.
