The Event Organizer has had to reschedule your event. Please hold onto your tickets as they will be valid for the new date. You can locate your tickets by signing in to your online account. If your event is eligible for a refund or credit, those options will be visible within the Event Details of your order. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
Masks are welcomed. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms, we request that you do not attend any performances. 8 ticket limit per patron. Patrons exceeding the ticket limit will have their orders canceled at the venue's discretion. Show performed in Spanish. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Mobile barcodes delayed until 4 days prior to event. Venue reserves the right to change delivery methods. Unless otherwise noted, each person must have a ticket regardless of age. There is no elevator. Stairs only to the balcony level.

Tickets held for willcall can be picked up on the day of the performance usually beginning 1 to 2 hours prior to showtime. The customer must present a valid form of identification, the actual credit card, and the confirmation number.

Children are welcome at most events, but parents/guardians are discouraged from bringing children under 4 years of age unless the event is specifically geared to a child audience. Every patron must have a ticket regardless of age. Babes in arms not permitted.
