All guests two and older need a seat and ticket to enter the venue. Advance tickets can be purchased online or at The Sylvee box office. Once the doors have opened, if tickets are still available, they can be purchased at the Orpheum Theater.

Tickets can be picked-up beginning 90 minutes prior to doors on the day of show. Customer must have actual credit card, picture ID and order number.

Accessible seating is available online through Ticketmaster by filtering on the ADA Icon and selecting the Accessible Seats, or in person at The Orpheum Box Office during business hours.

CAMERAS: Cell-Phone Cameras are allowed. Professional cameras with a detachable lens are not allowed. RECORDING DEVICES: Are not permitted. PROHIBITED ITEMS: Bags or purses over 12 x 6 x 1 inches are not allowed. Coolers, food, cans, pets, lawn furniture, bikes, skateboards, fireworks, weapons and umbrellas are prohibited.
