Earlier this year, the Austin Museum of Popular Culture, a/k/a AusPop, commissioned local artist Sam Jackson to create images of six Austin based female artists to commemorate on a poster design. Carolyn Wonderland, Eve Monsees, Kathy Murray, Lissa Hattersley, Sarah Brown, and Lisa Pankratz are to be featured in this first poster of a series of AusPop titles TEXAS TRAILBLAZERS. All six women will participate in the event on Sunday November 30, 2025 at Empire Control Room in Austin, TX. The event will include a panel discussion to be followed by two sets of music featuring all six women. All proceeds benefit AusPop.
