In partnership with the largest journalism conference in the country, ONA, and Borderless Magazine, the program will feature live storytelling by John Moore (Getty Images) Camilla Forte (Borderless Magazine, CatchLight Local / RFA fellow), Zimbo Gessert, a stage actor sharing the story of a young mans journey from Myanmar to Chicago, excerpted from the Sanctuary Stories project, developed by Emmy-winning professor, Craig Duff (Northwestern). It will also feature visual stories by local and national photographers, set to a live score by a quartet from The Chicago Jazz Soul Collective.CatchLight Live: Sharing What Matters in Chicago is presented in partnership with Borderless Magazine, Medill at Northwestern University, Prism Photo Workshop, and with support from the Enlight Foundation, The Joyce Foundation, the MacArthur Foundation, Roberts Camera, and CatchLights education partner, PhotoWings.
