Tickets help for collection can be picked up from the box office on the night of the event, from one hour before the performance begins. Please take the credit card used to make the booking and your Ticketmaster reference number.

Glasgow City Council operates a supervised 24 hour, pay-on-foot (credit cards accepted) multi-storey car park one block from the venue in Cambridge Street. Parking after 18:00 costs £1.00 and this charge entitles you to park until 09:00. Leave the car park by the Cowcaddens Road exit, follow Cowcaddens Road for one block and the venue is on your right. Please note Blue and Orange badge holders can park free of charge in surrounding pay and display car parks.

The venue is accessible for wheelchair users. There is level access to the stalls, Cafe Royal and accessible toilets. Guide dogs are welcome. An infra-red system for the hard of hearing has been fitted and headsets can be collected from the main foyer. No cameras, video cameras or audio recording devices. No food, bottles, cans or alchohol may be brought in to the venue. Mobile phones must be switched off in the auditorium

No minimum age of admittance. Babes in arms are permitted but only if the parent/guardian is confident that they will be attentive to the performance and not a distraction to other patrons.
