Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holder: Accessible seating may be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection. Children's Policy: Children 3 years and under are admitted for free provided they do not occupy a seat. Prams will not be permitted in the Competition Room (Main Arena) during this event. Prams and strollers can move throughout the venue but will need to be left in the pram parking area outside the Spectator Entry (Door 1). Where possible, patrons are encouraged to leave prams in their cars.

The Ticketmaster Box Office is located at main reception for day to day ticket sales. Ticket Sales on event days are from the outdoor box office situated at the South West entrance to the venue. Ticket Collection - Tickets purchased over the phone or through the internet are available for collection on the day of the event from main reception. Parking at HBF Stadium Parking during events incurs a fee per vehicle of $10 per vehicle.

Disabled Patrons & Patrons Using Wheelchairs There is access for wheelchairs via ramps to all areas of HBF Stadium, including the Main Arena and Aquatic Centre. Location of wheelchair seating for events in the Main Arena are shown on the relevant event map.
