Fees for Primary Tickets: The following fees apply to primary tickets sold on behalf of the event organiser: An Infrastructure Charge of up to 1.95% applies to tickets purchased online or via our contact centre only as a fee for providing our contact centre and ticketing platform. This will be added to the price of tickets displayed on our event page. A Handling Fee of $5.00 per transaction applies over the phone & $5.00 online. A delivery fee may apply depending on the mode of delivery selected. A $2.50 Booking Fee per ticket applies if purchasing tickets from an outlet or the venue Box Office.Fees for Resale Tickets:Resale Tickets, sold by fans and verified by Ticketmaster, may be available for this event. A Resale Seller Fee of no more than 5% of the resale ticket price and a handling Fee of $8.00 per transaction apply to purchases of Resale Tickets.

Energy Events Centre: Designated free car park area adjacent to the centre, accommodating approximately 360 vehicles. Sir Howard Morrison Performing Arts Centre: Approximately a 5-minute walk from the Energy Events Centre, with ample free street parking and additional metered spaces available. Rotorua International Stadium: Over 5000 car park spaces in the immediate vicinity for ease of access on event days. Wheelchair Access: All venues can accommodate wheelchairs. When booking, inform staff of any mobility requirements to ensure appropriate assistance.

Location: The Energy Events Centre is positioned on the edge of Lake Rotorua in Government Gardens. It is close to the retail precinct, accommodation, restaurants, cafes, and spa facilities.

Supervision: Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult as per New Zealand law. Family Events: Children under 2 are free on a caregiver's lap. If a child requires their own seat, a ticket must be purchased. Special pricing may apply for some events. Check event listings for details.
