If your event is eligible for a refund or credit, those options will be visible within the Event Details of your order. Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office as early as sixty minutes prior to show time. Customers must present the actual credit card used for the order, a picture ID, and the confirmation number.
Ample parking is available in the parking structure, which is connected to the facility by a skywalk. There is a $10.00 fee for event parking.
For accessible seating, locations are available online or by calling the venue box office.
Cameras and recording devices are not allowed in the facility.

- Lap seating for children under 5 not recommended
- Mature content shows may have age restrictions
- Booster seats available upon request
