We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Will Call tickets can be picked up starting 30 minutes prior to the event at the Box Office/Paid Reserved line. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order, a valid picture ID and the order number.

Free parking is available behind the auditorium.

Accessible seating is available on the main floor, sections B1 and E1, row 28. Please limit to two tickets in the accessible area.

Cameras and recording devices are not allowed.

Children age 3 and under are free if held on a ticketholder's lap.
