Marshall Health Network Arena is CASHLESS for concessions. Please arrive early and travel light as you will be subject to metal detector screening, visual inspection, and a bag inspection upon entry. Only clear bags no larger than 12" x 12" x 6" will be permitted. All sales are final. Please visit our website for more information.

Customers can pick up their tickets after 5:00PM on the day of the event at the Box Office. Customers must have the actual credit card, picture I.D., and confirmation number.

New parking garages next to the arena are open. 800 + parking spaces are available.

Handicapped accessible seating is available for all events. These tickets can be purchased at the Box Office, or via Ticketmaster Online. Special seating for the visually impaired or the hearing impaired, if available, can be purchased through the Box Office only.

No exchanges or refunds. Standard Camera are typically permitted-Professional cameras & recording devices are NOT permitted. NO VIDEO!
