For indoor shows: Will Call is available in the Prairie Winds 2 hours prior to showtime. Customers must present the actual credit card, a picture ID, and the confirmation number. For Amphitheater shows: Will Call is available at the ticket booth at the main gate of the Amphitheater entrance 2 hours prior to showtime.

Parking is available on location at no charge.

No video cameras, recording devices, carryins, coolers, or pets are allowed. ** No smoking! ** Regular cameras are generally permitted, however, this policy varies on a show-by-show basis.

All attendees must be age 18 or older. Minors are not allowed on the casino floor.
