Cookin’ On 3 Burners are Australia’s undisputed kings of Hammond-organ deep funk and soul - serving up raw grooves, killer collabs, and electrifying live shows. Melbourne born and bred, the trio has been setting stages alight since 1997, with a sound steeped in vintage soul and powered by modern energy.

From Tokyo Jazz Festival to Sydney Festival, The Roundhouse (UK) and beyond, they’ve brought their fierce live energy to clubs and festivals worldwide - fronted by powerhouse vocalist Stella Angelico bringing the fire live and on wax via Soul Messin’ Records.

Their breakout hit This Girl (feat. Kylie Auldist) became a global smash after the Kungs remix hit #1 in over 10 countries, clocking more than 2 billion streams. The original version recently featured in Jurassic World: Rebirth, reigniting interest in their crate of soul-heavy classics.

Eight albums deep, global tours, and past collaborations with Kaiit, Fefe, Daniel Merriweather and Tex Perkins amonst others, their upcoming LP Cookin’ The Books (Oct 2025) sees the trio continue to push the soul/funk genre forward with a brand new swag of future classics.
